Membership is open to all women residing in Panama. An applicant becomes a member upon signing a membership form, paying dues and receiving a membership card from the membership chairman at either a Welcome Coffee or General Meeting. She is then eligible to participate in all Who's New Activities. Annual dues are currently $25 per year and can be changed by the Board of Directors. An applicant must pay dues after attending two General Meetings.

Dues are payable in September, the beginning of the Who's New Club year. Members who fail to pay dues by December 31st are dropped from membership. A member who has been dropped from membership through non-payment of dues may be reinstated upon paying current year's dues. A $2.00 penalty in addition to regular dues will be charged after November 30th.

New members joining in July and August will be credited to the new Club year which begins in September.

Membership cards may be required for any function which is for members only.
